The Man of Iron
Dear children and teachers
Many thanks for your most beautiful eurythmy, fairy tale. You all truly made the story come alive.  I wished that other schools had been able to see it.  Well done and I look forward to the next story...
Marc-Antoine

Check the website for some photos. Marie-Reine has already sent each family a photo. If you would like a photo of the whole school please ask her.

The Return of Odysseus

USE OF SCHOOL CAR PARKS
Recently we have noticed that more and more children are being dropped off and met at the top car park. We have observed children running across the road when being dropped off and picked up opposite the top car park, sometimes in front of moving traffic. We think this is because the top car park is preferred when children are arriving late or in poor weather. These are potentially the most dangerous times for children to be dropped off and met on the road. We would strongly urge you to always drop off and meet your children at the bottom car park. The only cars that should be parked in the top car park on a regular basis are those of teachers and others working in the school, particularly those who need to carry heavy loads. Please, even if you are late or the weather is poor, use the bottom car park, and only the top one in an emergency.
Thank you,
Mary (for all the teachers)

Aprons
There are half a dozen new aprons in the school kitchen. They are fairly traded, distinctively striped and have ‘school kitchen’ written on them. They are for the use of all but please let’s keep them in the kitchen/dining area all the time so they remain available for use.

Letter inserting March/June 08
We had a delayed start to the March letter inserting when all the sheets were not ready for Friday morning. Class 7/8 opened the proceedings in grand style though and the whole mail out was completed by lunchtime on Saturday. Well done to everyone who took part. The provisional June rota is ready – please check below and sort out any problems now rather than in June. Please let me know of any swaps you make so we know whom to expect for each shift.
Many thanks.
Stacey
